Can anyone with the Enterprise Edition use a custom template?
You can distribute custom templates to any Enterprise Edition user. The standard Enterprise Edition license key does not allow custom code generation templates to be run, so you need to contact CodeFutures for a replacement key. If you have purchased an Architect Edition team license, CodeFutures will automatically issue license keys that allow custom code generation templates to be run.
