CodeFutures Software Forms Alliance with Rogue Wave Software
[London, UK, Dec 15, 2005] CodeFutures Software has announced a strategic alliance with Rogue Wave Software, a division of Quovadx, Inc. (Nasdaq: QVDX), focused on the creation of complementary development products for the recently-announced Rogue Wave Hydra framework.

The alliance activities include:
- CodeFutures will enhance its current FireStorm/DAO product to support Rogue Wave Hydra.
- CodeFutures and Rogue Wave Software will also jointly develop additional product components/tools that will be compatible with Rogue Wave Hydra. The new components will be targeted at professional developers that are building enterprise applications in Java and Service-Oriented Architectures.
- CodeFutures and Rogue Wave Software will engage in joint marketing and sales activities.
