CodeFutures, the Java code generation tool vendor, today announced results in the third quarter, confirming the recent increasing momentum in sales. CodeFutures sales doubled in Q3 compared with the previous quarter, mainly due to the launch of its flagship FireStorm/DAO Architect Edition, repeat business from existing customers, and a marked improvement in Information Technology investment.

The award-winning FireStorm/DAO makes Java software developers more productive by generating the business logic for accessing databases. The benefits provided by CodeFutures' code generation approach are higher developer productivity, better software quality, and lower maintenance costs.

High profile customers added to CodeFutures' impressive customer list included Turner Broadcasting, EMC, AREVA, JP Morgan BankOne, Business Wire, and Siemens Business Services. Additional large systems integrators using FireStorm/DAO in customer projects included Agnitio Group, Ajilon, Ergo Integration, IDC Global, and Resource Consultants, Inc.

CodeFutures also added two new government sector customers: Missouri Lottery and the Canadian Institute of Health Information.
